Håfa Adai! I hail from the beautiful island of Rota located in the Marianas, and I am currently living on Guam as I pursue a Bachelor's in Integrative Biology. During my time with UW DDCSP, I had the opportunity to intern at Beavers Northwest. I got to do a lot of cool work in building exclusion fencing, facilitating and creating a nature walk guide, collaborating on a beaver management plan, and of course -- seeing beavers! After graduation, I look to become involved in the conservation work being done here in the Marianas and the greater Micronesia.
