Danielle is eager to reimagine how people learn and interact with the environment, especially as it relates to sustainability science. Her experience working with the Sustainability Teachers’ Academy gives her a foundation in content curation and curriculum development. In this role, she wrote and published an activity book that explores community development, hosted a webinar series to investigate social justice dimensions of climate change, and designed a research curriculum that helps students analyze cafeteria sustainability through a lens of structural injustice. Overall, she aims to inspire sustainable behavior change through lived experiences and enriching learning opportunities.
