I hail from the landlocked state of Idaho, but aim to find a career by the beach! I graduate with my bachelors in ecology and conservation biology in May 2019, and hope to either be accepted into graduate school or work for a couple of years. Scholastically, I hope to obtain a master's degree working on a project related to macroalgae. Professionally, I aim to work on ecology and conservation in marine systems. If I am able to combine research with art AND conservation as part of a career I would have found my dream job!
I enjoy learning about new things and seeing new places and people. In my free time I enjoy hiking, foraging, traveling to the coast, and spending time with friends.
