Alumni Leadership Cohort
Catalyzing & Influencing The Network
Catalyzing & Influencing The Network
Welcome to the revamped Alumni Leadership Cohort 4. A virtual space over three months to explore our leadership skills, develop network goals, connect with peers, and deepen the roots of our cross-cohort network and programming.
A virtual shift. Learning from other beautiful resilient thought leaders, this next cohort will be virtual, but just as dynamic, playful, and thought-provoking as our past ALCs. Lots of dance, snack, and rest breaks included.
Community-first. From feedback from past cohort participants, what they most value and remember from past ALCs is the space to get to know other alumni. The facilitators, which includes two DDCSP alum, will focus particularly on community through an intentionally interactive experience.
Another big shift is there is not an application, so much as an interest form and an invitation to participate. Leadership in the network and in your communities takes many forms and seeing every alumni participate in leading growth/change for the network is a part of the dream.
Ready to connect with fellow alumni from across all DDCSP programs to envision the future of the Alumni Network? We invite you to come together to collaborate as an Alumni Leadership Cohort.
Over the course of three months you will bring to life the vision and structures for the Alumni Network through projects that engage fellow alumni.
A piece of the cohort experience involves a two 2-day virtual retreats. Over the course of these retreats, alumni will spend time building community while exploring leadership topics relevant to creating a shared vision of the Network that include:

Following the retreat, participants will continue their leadership training through virtual monthly meetings. You will apply your leadership strengths and collaborate in small project teams with your ALC peers to facilitate digital and in-person learning and community building for fellow DDCSP alumni.

We are always learning and reflecting, so thoughts/ideas are welcome in how we shape this to our community’s needs.
