The DDCSP Homecoming is open to alumni of any of the DDCSP programs who have completed both summers of DDCSP. The Doris Duke Charitable Foundation will support the cost of travel, lodging, and meals for this event, however, space is limited.
The alumni network values and centers diversity, equity and inclusion and will prioritize these goals in reviewing applications to ensure we have an equitable representation of programs and perspectives at the homecoming event.
Selection Process: Priority consideration will be given to applicants who articulate a strong vision for the alumni network and who are in pursuit of a conservation career OR who express an interest and commitment to conservation.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The early decision application deadline is Oct. 30th. Applicants who are interested in participating in the Homecoming Planning Committee must submit an Early Decision application.
All early decision applicants will receive a decision by November 15th. Applicants who are selected for early decision will receive the first opportunity to guarantee their spot at the homecoming. Some early decision applications will be held for further consideration with regular decision applicants.
After October 30th, applications will be rolling until January 1st. All applicants will be notified of final selection decisions by January 18th.
