After participating in the DDCSP Alumni Leadership Cohort 1, ELP staff connected Viraj Sikand (DDCSP UW'15) with ELP Senior Fellow Viraj Puri who helped Viraj narrow down the specific competencies he hopes to build for a career in sustainability focused on entrepreneurship, and the best way to build those skills.
Fast forward a few months from that conversation to September when Viraj will be starting a new position as a Rotational Business Associate at Optoro. In this role Viraj will work on a core project with the heads of up to 4 different departments for two years before choosing a speciality. Congrats on your new role Viraj!
