You are invited to apply to present at the 2021 New Horizons in Conservation Conference. The conference will take place virtually from Sunday, April 18 through Tuesday, April 20, 2020. Applications to present will be evaluated on a rolling basis, so apply as soon as possible, but the deadline is February 18.

Applications are now open for Fall 2021 and our M.Ed. in Environmental Education and M.S. in Environmental or Climate Policy programs are now offering rolling Admissions through January 15th, $10,000 Minimum Scholarships for All 2021 Applicants, and Elimination of GRE requirement.

Congratulations to the graduating class of 2020! It may seem odd to celebrate wins when so many of us are emotionally and mentally exhausted from engaging with trauma, activism, and organizing during the past weeks. However, I think this fatigue makes celebrating with each other and bragging on each other that much more important.

The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Agroecology Program is looking for students to pursue a Master’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental, and Sustainability Sciences (AESS) with grant supported study focused on multiple dimensions of sustainable agriculture and food systems. The AESS program provides students with a unique, integrative education and training that prepares them to meet the challenges and opportunities in the multiple dimensions of sustainability sciences. This multidisciplinary degree program is designed to supplement theoretical understanding with action-oriented, applied research.
